Confirmed Service Customer

Brought my truck for oil change. Service guy recommended front end alignment. I asked about my heating steering wheel part that I have been waiting for two years. Took in truck at 11. By 4:00 still not done. Your service guy called the mechanics several time and they never answered. He had to walk over to talk to them four different times. Then they said the tool to fix steering wheel broke. Did not get that done or my front end alignment. I picked up truck 5 hours later for oil change only. Thatļæ½ļæ½ļæ½s because I had an appointment at 11.
