I was very pleased with my recent experience with Autonation when I brought in my Terrain because of my car indicating there was some sort of problem. The representative who welcomed me and assigned the car for a check was also friendly, explained how the problem would be explored, called me to report on the problem, and called when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was most impressed by the friendly service and the helpful explanation given by the employees at AutoNation.
