Angel, the service associate, was very helpful and did his best to keep the service process on schedule. Delay occurred when the tech noticed a recall for our auto and was attempting to take care of it. That would have extended the service process another hour. Apparently there is a definite shortage of service technicians, which makes the system work more slowly.
